How to remove old collectors from CloudIQ

Hello,

Is there a way to remove old OME collectors from my CloudIQ page?

I had an issue with my previous collector and i installed a new appliance to resolve the issue.

However, the old collectors are still registered to CloudIQ and i am getting connectivity errors.

Can i remove them myself or i need to contact Dell support?

Did you ever get a resolution on this? Im in the same boat and cant find anything about re-initiating the connection to cloudiq from my new OME appliance.

I’ve had the same issue cleaning up outdated collectors in CloudIQ. The interface doesn’t make it obvious that unregistering the system through the SupportAssist settings is the right approach. Once I removed the collector from the associated gateway and refreshed the inventory, the old entries finally disappeared. Dell could really simplify this cleanup process.
