You do not need an "additional" BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certificate. All Dell products sold officially in India directly from Dell ship with the mandatory BIS certification. The BIS regulates Dell products sold in India through the CRS (Compulsory Registration Scheme). Dell laptops, desktops, and accessories are strictly tested and registered to ensure they meet Indian safety and quality standards before they are sold from Dell.
