Asking for HDFC opening bank account before opening should pay amount

Hello,

From Dell technologies company hr Vaishnavi called me and took an interview of audio call and said that u r said selected for work from home of 7.5 LPA and u should open HDFC bank for salary creditials and they said u should pay 25,800 minimum balance and u can debit it tomorrow after all the procedures manager will call u they said . Is this real or fake??
