AW3423DWF, issues with support services

Hello,

I bought the AW3423DWF nearly a week ago and so far it's fantastic. However, in my profile of my devices it is the ONLY Dell/Alienware device which shows it has issues with support services. 

I mean how is it possible? It said I have 3 Year Premium Support with anti-pixel and burn in warranty.

I opened a ticket already they said they can't help me. Tech Support via phone also can't help me because they don't find the problem. I'm located in Germany.

Was the monitor purchased from Dell, or a retailer or third party?

It was Dell Germany directly.

The problem seems to be that, even on my Receipt i have no warranty marked which is absolutely odd. When i add the monitor now again to the cart i see a 3yr warranty basic and pro which i can choose from. I definitely didnt have this window when i bought mine.

 

i guess there was an error in the whole process.
