Bought new monitor, but it is used?
I purchased a DELL monitor at November 2023. On DELL website, I entered the Service Tag which is printed on the label on the back side of the monitor. Then, on the DELL website is appears that:
- The warranty expires within 10 months from today. (Warranty should be 3 years.)
- The monitor already received "Onsite Service After Remote Diagnosis" twice - once in 2021 and another one in 2022.
Receiving a used product is unacceptable for me nor it never was communicated that the product is used. DELL website doesn't allow me to open a Service Request for this product. How do I verify with a DELL representative whether the product is new or used? Including the date that the warranty was started?
