I bought the DELL XPS 13 when it launched in India, and I received the laptop with the webcam not working. After constantly going back and forth with the technical team, they generated a return, and after the product was successfully returned, they said they would provide me with a replacement. Since then its been 6 days, and since then I have not received any update.
