Cannot change incorrect shipping address for order

Hi community,

Me and my wife are getting desperate trying to get any help about the order she placed through website over the phone browser, where definitely a technical error occurred which caused our shipping address autofill incorrectly with similar address name as it should have been. We kindly asked dell customer support to help us contact DPD and let them know that our billing address is the correct one and that shipping address leads nowhere as it's patch of green pasture in the middle of nowhere. It's been days since we let them know about this and customer support keeps refusing to help here because the order was placed with klarna payment method and "shipped", even though the order is held up at DPD facility in Athlone Ireland and as per DPD it will never be shipped out due to obvious incorrect shipping address. I let them know that DELL refuses to help us and they sent out an email to DELL department related to DPD. Order was placed during black friday sale for alienware monitor and plus on top of it there was dell employee code applied, and now seems its all lost! We kindly look for any help here how to finally redirect this to our correct address in Cork, options are depleted and seems there is no DELL customer support for us in Ireland. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and seems to me like DELL doesn't care about customer in this case, it seems to stick with senseless rule about being unable to send an email to DPD and simply change address to the correct one with the same zip code used. Can anyone help from DELL please?
