Cannot Redeem Dell Reward Points or Covert them to Dell Dollars.
I was just trying to convert my reward points to dollars. Logged into my account, then went to the "Dell Rewards Balance" link/page, and clicked on the blue "Redeem Your Points" button, just like I've done numerous times before.
This time, It took me to the "Special Offers" page, and there was just a message saying there were no offers available at this time, and that was it. Tried several more times, same thing.
So I tried logging out, and logging in with my google account (It is the same account, just different way to log into it.) and now, when I click on the blue "Redeem Your Points" button, it begins loading the next page, then a message comes up that its logging me and after doing so, sends me back to the home page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am using Chrome, its fully update, I have disabled all ad blocking as well as cleared cache and cookies already, same issue persists.

I did a little digging today, if you add something more than your points, apply during checkout, then just cancel out of the order you will see the points turned into dell dollars in the usual place. Its dumb that the button isn't working but it worked.

I was on the AWA website and saw other people with the same problem so it's not just us 2. In my case I have points expiring on 10/15/24 so I need to redeem them. When I select the "Redeem your points" blue box on the Dells Rewards page of my account it just sends me to a special offers page and states that there are no special offers available. There is no way that I can see to actually redeem my points before they expire.

@RobertGS
Yeah, I have points expiring soon as well, and of course the thing I wanted to get using those points to help, is no longer on sale and now way outta my price range, lol. My luck I guess.
I just tried again and this time decided to screen record what happens, just in case anyone from Dell actually decides to look at this.

I just noticed the conversion option is missing.
A Dell chat agent checked on it, and then he guessed that it must be a temporary issue.

@m3291tt I just checked and noticed that the blue redeem button now says "Shop and Redeem", and clicking it takes you to the store.
I put an item in the cart, and when going to view cart/checkout, it looks to be just auto converting your points into dollars.
For example, I had 10 dollars already converted, and just over 350 points available, and in the cart it says I have up to 40 dollars available to apply at checkout.
I think over the weekend they just moved the conversion to checkout.

@MessaNoir
No, the auto-conversion at checkout was already there.
The missing conversion option in the Rewards section let customers convert a specific amount in 1,000-point increments.

@m3291tt ohh, I didn't know that, I never used the checkout option before. Well, dang. Yeah, the other button is gone for me, and and just one that takes me to the store is all that's there. Maybe they got rid of the option to do the 1,000 increment?

@joemoree Just tried with mine, and you are right, if you cancel out of the order after apply, it will still convert your points. Still way more of a hassle then just giving us the old convert button back.

@MessaNoir - this worked for me, as well! Glad to have the Dell dollars with a Feb 15 expiration!
