Delete my Dell purchasing account, #2

I would like to delete my Dell purchasing account as well. I've tried to just as the person did above and am getting an access denied screen. I need to get this taken care of ASAP please!

@DELL-Chris M​ We are talking about our Dell Accounts on www.dell.com. There is an option to deactivate my account. I'm attempting to deactivate it, and it keeps saying access denies. My ex-girlfriend created this account with my information a decade ago, and I want it deleted. It's linked to my email address, and I can log in but cannot delete the account. Could you help please?

@Joshax2​ We on the Forum do not have any control over the Dell purchasing account. In those, the DELL-Cares agent must initiate the Private Message conversation. Because you replied to another user post, this was not done. I will have to split off your replies into your own post.

@Joshax2​ Once logged into the Forum, look on the upper right by the bell symbol. You should see =

The left symbol is for private Direct Messages. If DELL-Cares sent you a private message, it will be there. Click it top open private messages.

@DELL-Chris M​  I was notified that Dell-Cares sent me a private message but nothing is there.  There is not an icon next to the bell.  Please help or direct me to the appropriate place for help because the website will not funnel me to the correct place to delete my information from the Dell.com website and I'm being notified someone is trying to multifactor sign in using my information.  Same thing when I try to call I go through the menu gauntlet just for them to hang up on me because there is no option to talk to someone to delete my information.  Thank you in advance for any information you might be able to give me.
