Email address unauthorized - Please contact Customer Care
Hi Dell.
Really hoping you are able to assist me with activating or atleast guide me as I have tried just about everything and feeling like i'm emailing a brick wall as there is no response, I am unable to anything from my end. Long story short, account was deactivated in error, under the impression the address was compromised. I quickly deactivated the account not knowing it would be such a mission to have it authorized again.
It's our administrator account for using accessing TechDirect and also been successfully enrolled for dispatching parts as assessments to become a certified Dell technician for our Dell clients, assessments for using Self Dispatch has already been done and linked to the email address. Now that is deactivated / unauthorized, we are unable to login and do daily duties. I am unable to activate from my end. I have tried just about everywhere to have the account enabled, but unsuccessful everywhere.

When trying to log into my Dell account, I get "Email address unauthorized. Please contact Customer Care." The link directs me nowhere useful. Who is the "customer care" that I need to contact to get this corrected?
