Fedex fraudulently claimed to have delivered my $6000 PC and five days later Dell has no updates for me to make it right

FedEx claimed to have delivered my top of the line Alienware desktop ($6K+) five days ago to my single family home, but it never was delivered.

The "proof of delivery" showed that:
1. They never got a real signature and signed as "F. Resident"
2. No picture was attached to show a proof of drop off
3. My address never appeared anywhere on the document

I was the only person home during the stated time of delivery and I am 100% certain that FedEx came to my door and they certainly never got a signature.

I reported this issue to both FedEx and Dell and was told by Fedex that after performing a "trace" on the package they were unable to locate it, and that I needed to work with Dell to file a claim.  It's been 5 days and even after calling every day, Dell still hasn't given me any meaningful update about what they plan on doing to fix this situation.  This is a super clear case of fraud, theft, or loss before this package ever reached me, and Dell has essentially left me in the dark.

Same exact thing has happened to me last week but for a $6000 Alienware purchase!  What horrendous customer service.

Correction to the above:  I am 100% certain that FedEx never came to my door

I'm going through the exact same thing, but only on day 5 of this nightmare. Did this ever end up getting resolved for you? In my case Fedex couldn't even provide a signature or proof of delivery. It was just marked as "F. Resident".

The message actually came through to my email so I was able to read it. I thought they might have deleted it since I didn't see it on the site thought.  Appreciate you!  <That user was banned due to multiple Code of Conduct violations. DELL-Admin>

@aistinks I tried getting through to a supervisor and the person kept refusing each time I'd request it and kept trying to get me to email the warranty group.  I'm going to call again tomorrow and refuse to get off until I get through.
