Interview from HR is true or fake ?

I received an opportunity for a Data Analyst position at Dell through a friend’s referral. Upon contacting the individual, he assured me that he could help secure the job and requested a referral fee of Rs. 320. Following this, he asked me to share all my documents and mentioned that he wants Rs. 300 for opening a bank account with HDFC was part of the recruitment process.

Subsequently, I received an email from saigp1983@gmail.com regarding an interview with Dell. As instructed, I visited the specified office location and waited there. However, I was then redirected to another office on Commercial Street.

At this point, I am uncertain whether this process is genuine or fraudulent. I would appreciate immediate clarification on the legitimacy of this recruitment process. I am also willing to provide all related email communications if required.
