Missing reward points

Question

My account was created in Feb, 2026. At may I lost 120 CAD reward points from Alienware platform (monthly rewards and purchased points all together).

Dell account, linked alienware arena account is the same email

Last email I got $60 CAD (without $30 purchased rdp and next points).

Since I cannot write a private message - I share requested information there.
