Need to add credit card to a M365 ubscription
I had to change my email address on my account. Now my account is decoupled from my payment information on my M365 Family subscription. I've followed all instructions for updating payment information on my subscription but can't get to a screen to input a new credit card. I have a credit card linked to My Account, but not to My Subscription. There are notices saying I need to update both independently, I can not make any headway on adding a card for my subscription.

My issue was resolved after a direct message session with Dell-Cares staff. They were very helpful. I don't believe there is a complete self-service option to resolve this type of issue.
