No dell reward points in my account Same email as Alienware Arena Please Help

since i made the accounts months ago i never get my points to come over to the dell rewards app. I have tried every suggestion in your documentation. I have even reached out to Dell support directly and still the issue was not resolved. Thanks you for your help in advance.
