Order Information

I have a Dell invoice on my credit card; normally Dell charges are made when I'm logged into my account but this one was not, so I can't find it on the Dell website.  Calling 877.717.3355 is a complete waste of time; it has to be the worst answering system I've ever encountered ... the AI answering system is unable to connect me with a representative or provide information about the order.  Using only the information on my credit card statement how can I find out what this purchase was?

If you can't get through to Dell, file a charge dispute with the credit card provider.  They will then issue a charge-back and investigate for you.
