Payment successful but order not placed

Dell Team,

I am writing to you in regard to my order for Dell Alienware 27 360Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor - AW2725DF.
from this product page in dell.com
When i clicked 'Buy Now' - a new tab opened with the dellstore.com
When i clicked Buy Now again, i was redirected to
- I entered my email - <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
- I did not enter a password as I am not registered and am allowed to checkout as a guest.
- I entered my name and billing address and clicked Pay Now.
- a payment pop-up appeared with all the options. The first option is UPI with two options within it - QR Code and UPI Number.
- I chose the QR Code option and used my Google Pay to pay INR. 85000 for the monitor. I scanned the code in my Google Pay and paid the amount. 
I received the payment successful email which is below this email. 
Based on your customer care's advice, I also attached the screenshot of payment success to the dell store from my Google Pay app to this email. to dell.support@onlinestpl.co.in 
I tried reaching their contact number 18002121520. No one responded. No one picked up.
Please refer to both the email below and the app screenshot and kindly process my order immediately or refund my money immediately.

the STPL team responded after many calls and sent an order confirmation. thank you for your support dell team. I was unable to delete the post. didnt find an option here.
