Sweepstakes
I recently got an email inviting me to enter a dell sweepstakes. I clicked on the link in the email but I was just aken to a dell sales page. I was using Firefox. I tried using the link URL in Chromium. This took me to a pop-up pag that allowed me to enter the seewpstakes. One can enter daily. I tried again today. Both Chromium and Firefox took me to a sales page, not the swwepstakes page. Exploring, I found a page with a slide show where one of the options was to enter the sweepstakes.
I clicked on the link. It also just took me to a page of Dell deals, no sweepstakes. Looking closer, no wonder. The URL in the "Enter to Win Deals Page" is just a link to a page offering deals, https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/deals. There is no option for entering a sweepstakes there. And of course, Dell provides NO option for contacting dell about such a situation. What the ....?
PS, your captcha mechanism does not work.
What is wrong with my response to checking "all squares". The square to the lower left has a small piece of the crosswalk. The two squares containg the light pole have the ast stripe in the crosswalk. It appears to me the swquare to the far right contains painted lines representing a crosswalk going a different direction than the croowask in the foreground. Numerous other captha test similarly failed. The captcha is effectively a denial of service attack. Why is dell website technology so bad? Only the captcha that show a nuber of images, as opposed to one image where one must pick squares in it, work.

@Mama-C I used the chat from Dell.com and was able to get their agent to give me their email address. While the agent's response was non-existent, I did then get updates in my inbox on the contest. After I started a new thread here in the community, I got one of the moderators to DM me, and that is where I got my final answers. That said, the contest has been cancelled and ended sadly :-(

My post about this issue seems to have been deleted, so I'll just throw it here that I too have the same issue and I cannot find a way to enter.
And I agree, Dell really should have a way to contact them about issues that aren't sales or tech support based on a sale.

I have the same issue (using Brave). On my Dell Rewards page there was a link "Take me there" which now goes to the deals page (which still has no link to the sweepstakes), but when I checked yesterday, that link was just plain text, so it seems like someone is fixing the issue in bits and pieces.
I agree with Eric, they need a Support option for site issues.

Just tried to search for more info, so I can enter this sweep.
I found lots of comments about winning Dell Rewards points in the first two days, as if everyone automatically wins instead of randomly wins.
Maybe the event ran out of the daily points prizes, so Dell was forced to cancel their "Season of Winning" after only 2 days.

That "Take me there" link on my Rewards page has now vanished.
I don't know if it's related but my Rewards history is missing all of the Earned records. The total is still correct, so maybe a display issue?
In any case there do seem to be site issues getting worked out.

I called Dell CS today. Attempt one was after asking to speak to agent got me forwarded to a message that they were closed and to call bck during business hours. Call 2 led got to me to an agent but her headset was not worning because she kept cutting in/out (I amy have not been able to understand her anyway, she had such a strong accent). Call three final got me to someone I could spak to. She indicated they just got a notice about the issue and were working on it. I asked when they knew about it. She replied Monday.
For a tech company. having such bad tech in their phone system not being unable to fix what should be a trivial website issue does not speak well of there tech ability in those areas. Hey dell, are you listening???

Just chiming in that I'm having the same issue. I clicked the link within an hour of getting the email and there was never any link to the promotion. I've checked daily for a couple days with no change.
Looking at the official rules, it just says "find the link to the promotion and click it". You can supposedly play a game of luck each day, and also fill in your details to enter the drawings, but none of that is anywhere to be seen.

@Methos9999
Looking like they're repairing whatever mess they caused with the Rewards History:

Exact same problem on entering the contest. I chatted with their support team and emailed them. Crickets since.

@VintageWest Who did you email or what options did you select for chat to reach someone?
