Told by Dell rep that Dell doesn't have a legal department

Due to the Dell likely having misplaced my return, I have not received my refund after almost a month. Every rep says I will get an update in 1-2 business days. The next rep says the same thing, etc. On the most recent chat with Dell support, I asked for the contact info for the legal department and was told a blatant lie that Dell doesn't have a legal department.

This was finally resolved. It took many, many times of a customer service rep telling me it would be done it 1-2 days, or 2-3 days, or 3-4 days. I still have an issue with the rep who lied about Dell not having a legal department. Did he really expect that somebody would believe that?
