Unable to contact Customer Service to return laptop wrong keyboard
American keyboard on Laptop just delivered. Try and return on line and messages to say have to call Customer Service, Call and end up in loop with bot which eventually hangs up and tells me to go on line. everyone tells me they want me to have great experience, I am not!

how do I reply privately? I am trying to return I have an american keyboard, which is most unhelpful, what happened to UK?
Phone whatsap text maybe helpful? As stated online return and customer servicce both go in circles and refuse directing me to the other
