Unclaimed Property Letter

I received a letter about a refund that Dell owes and to respond to receive the refund. The letter was sent to a division of a department in the state government. I need more information about the original charge or invoice/order so that we can make sure the owed funds are returned to the appropriate department. It's possible this letter was simply sent to whatever agency address popped up first.
