Missing primary contact may result in delay or closure of Dial Home SR

 

If the primary contact information is missing from your Data Domain asset, it could lead to delay in communication or even closure of the Dial Home Service Requests (SR). To prevent this, ensure that the primary contact details are up to date.

 

You can contact your SAM or update the Primary Contact over Chat using the steps in the below
