Firmware baseline issues

Some two weeks ago all of my firmware baselines reported "All baselines are compliant" which they aren't. I edited the DELL Online firmware catalog and it is now using Feb 20, 2019 10:48:51 PM. Right thereafter the baselines went "back to normal" having most being out of compliance. Since a few days the problem occurred again however editing the online baseline makes no difference. I have tried to restart the services as well as the appliance however no luck.

Normally I am using query groups in combination with the baselines but switch to static groups or individual servers makes no difference. 

Creating a brand new baseline fails as well. The GUI shows that it is creating the baseline but fails after some seconds and automatically deletes the new baseline. No real error message other than "Error". Doesn't matter whether I am using individual/static group/query group.

Any suggestions?
