Thanks Chris, you jogged my memory on something. I created a new HTTPS address for the new appliance, and it was getting flagged by my ad blocker. Once I whitelisted it and cleared the browser data/cache, it loaded up normally.
We have version 3.2.0.180, both before and after the uninstall/reinstall.
Here's a screenshot of some of what I'm seeing:
Another odd thing, sometimes when I try to open a Power Manager link it breaks navigation (unable to load another tab), I have to reload the page to restore functionality.
I didn't alter any of the VM settings when deploying the OVF file to vSphere, so it's set at 64 GB of memory.
The issue you are seeing is normally browser related, so what I would recommend is that you start with clearing the browsing data and cache on the browser and see if that resolves the issue.
Let me know if this helps.

Hi,
Do you have a screenshot (if possible) of the text display you mentioned?
What version of Power Manager plugin did you reinstalled?
Can you let us know the VM's memory resource, how much memory was allocated?
