Upgrading from 3.10.2. Can't find OME 4.0 as next step

On the support page for OME it says:  https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-uk/000175879/support-for-openmanage-enterprise

Existing OME 3.10 customers first need to upgrade to OME 4.0, then to OME 4.1, and then to OME 4.3.1.

but I can't find a download for OME 4.0 anywhere.  The closest I can find it 4.1.  I have watched the video here: https://www.dell.com/support/contents/en-us/videos/videoplayer/how-to-migrate-openmanage-enterprise-from-310x-to-40/6341243174112

so I think I can figure out how to do it.  Can someone tell me where to download 4.0 or if the same process would work going from 3.10.2 directly to 4.1?
