Hello Dell Team,

We have been investigating a small number of Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250 devices reporting performance degradation, primarily during Microsoft Teams meetings when the integrated camera is enabled.

Following Microsoft's recent guidance, we deployed the recommended updates (July 18th hotpatch & OOB patch) and observed improvements across most affected devices. However, we still have a few isolated cases where users report occasional Teams video call lagging despite having the latest BIOS, graphics, camera, and platform driver updates installed. 

During our investigation, we also noticed similarities with the symptoms described in this thread, where performance issues appear to be closely associated with camera usage during Teams calls.

Could Dell confirm whether there are any additional known issues, advisories, or recommended validation steps specifically for PB14250 devices that continue to experience:

• Teams video call lagging
• Performance degradation when the integrated camera is enabled
• Intermittent webcam-related responsiveness issues despite current drivers and BIOS

Additionally, has Dell identified any correlation with specific docking stations, Intel NPU/IPF components, AI camera features, or driver combinations that may contribute to these symptoms?

Note: We have made sure that all the devices are updated with latest windows updates and drivers are fully updated with Dell command update tool, nothing is pending. 

Any guidance or findings from Dell engineering would be greatly appreciated.
