Compellent SC5020F unable to login to controller
We have one Compellent SC5020F system (out of support) which is being used for holding some test workload, recently we've noticed that we are not able to login to controllers any more, doesn't matter if I try directly to any controller, to VIP address or via DSM. Credentials worked for years just fine, now none of it work anymore. system is in operational state, there are no other issues with it, but we cannot manage it anymore. I've tried the "unlock.phy" with "unlock Admin" method, but it didn't work for me. I am afraid that removing / rebooting controller might render it inoperable, and also I am not sure it will fix the problem.
does anyone have any recommendation?
thank you

I have seen this one and at the end it was a known? problem because the login demon died and if you tried to log into from a serial connection there was a "different" message which was typical for a *BSD like system.
But i have to dig for the #SR how we solve around. At the end the CM needs to reboot to get the deamon working again. So i suggest to pull out one CM at a time and see of you can loginto after CM restarts.
