MediaStor 6.2x and Cluster Support
I am gearing up to upgrade a DX/MediaStor 5.6x system to 6.2x. The current 5.6x system is installed and configured in a MSCS environment (both DX and MediaStor). After reading the installation requirements for DX 6.2x I am wondering if MediaStor 6.2x is supported in a clustered environment? I found a note in the documentation that "MediaStor must be installed outside the cluster".
Just wanted to confirm my suspicions.

- Actually it was supported with the 5.6x version.
I find it strange that you would not have known this?
Anyway, I have been informed that the 6.x version of MediaStor is no longer supported in a clustered environment so I will have to look into other alternatives.

Mediastor was never supported in a cluster. (from the beginning till today)
You need to install it on a standolone box
