Thank you so much. Is there any option in ESRS to forward any event/alert notification to customer email ID ? Also, how is xDoctor alert emails ? Is that behaving same like how other devices are doing for email alert notification feature ? Is xDoctor separate product or part of native ECS feature ?

Thanks

Hi @rbhatewa you can download the ECS troubleshooting guide.

if not able to find then email ecstroubleshooting@dell.com

In that book you can configure ECS alerting via email using this command.

sec_alerts_main -init but details explained in the troubleshooting guide.
