After volume creation and setting both oracle nodes in the volme access control list, it is correct to enable setting 'Allow simultaneous connections'? After discovering volume with iSCSI initiator on both nodes, how should disk be initialized?

This should be the same process you would use for any other shared storage LUN.

Just a small addition. You only need to initialize the disk once. You might have to rescan / refresh it on the 2nd node for it to pick up the partition table / filesystem. -don
