Usually, it means the application was not installed by a local admin account.
You can try to add everyone (with full control) to the permissions list for the md storage manager folder, then launch the app, then close it and then remove everyone from the permissions list and see if that fixes the issue.
Otherwise, log in as a local admin, uninstall it, reboot, log back in as local admin, install it, test.
Log out and log in using your regular account and test again.
Thanks for the response. We ran into some disk space issues so I really needed to get this fixed. Called into to Dell and we were told to re-install the software. Looks like you were right Aaron. Thanks
