SAN HQ Network port cannot be reached

Hello all,

I have a PS4000 running FW 5.2.2.  When I installed SAN HQ 2.6 I received the following warning:

"Warning: Member [member name] network port, eth0, cannot be reached. Unable to obtain network performance data for the member"

The basic network configuration is as follows:

SAN HQ 192.168.1.17

Group IP Address 192.17.2.5

eth0 192.17.2.10 | 255.255.255.0 | 192.17.2.1 Role: iSCSI only

eth1 192.17.2.11| 255.255.255.0 | 192.17.2.1 Role: iSCSI only

eth2 192.168.1.20| 255.255.255.0 | 192.17.2.1 Role: management only

How can I go about troubleshooting this message? I'd like to be able to review the network interface statistics.  All other SNMP information is being polled successfully.
