Unable to Login to Dell Learning platform
Have tried logging in but to no avail.
https://learning.dell.com/content/emc/en-us/Index_Offline.html?error=Nash-ID-Missing
Tried to raise a ticket through Dell Learning Support but got this error after I tried to login.
No value found for SAML_SUBJECT when building the assertion from name/value pairs: {SAML_AUTHN_CTX=pwd, SAML_NAME_FORMAT=urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified}
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Did a couple of eLearning on the weekend and there was no problem when loggin into the partner portal first and than jump into the learning platform.

The SAML error usually points to an account setup issue on the identity provider side rather than anything the user can fix themselves. Logging into the partner portal first before jumping to the learning platform sometimes resolves it, but if that's not working either, the "Submit a Case" form is honestly your best bet — Dell Learning Support needs to sort out the attribute mapping on their end.
