Unable to login to learning.dell.com
When trying to login to learning.dell.com I'm eventually redirected to https://learning.dell.com/eduservice/parseSAML where the page hangs.
I've tried logging in on three different computers, each with a different internet connection.
Dell Learning Support is unavailable as you must login first.
Is there a Dell employee who can assist me?

FYI for anyone else coming across this issue. Someone in Dell support had to fix my account. As you cannot open a ticket for this without logging in, you need to reach out to someone at Dell and request they open a ticket on your behalf.

Still experiencing the same issue. I've tried two different computers and fully cleared browsing data.

Hi @Iron Man 123
I noticed that your URL includes 'eduservice' and doesn't appear to be the Dell Learning URL. Could you please clear your browser cache and try accessing the link I shared with you again?
Thanks
Geeta

Below is an image with the process I'm using. No matter which link, browser, computer, internet connection (cell, work home) I use, the same thing happens.

Hi @Iron Man 123
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced.
The first step is always to create an account, if one doesn't exist. While clearing your browser cookies/cache and using Edge or Chrome typically resolves most sign in issues, since that hasn’t worked in this case, we recommend submitting a support ticket so your request can be routed directly to your global support team for further assistance.
You can submit a ticket using the following link: https://learning.dell.com/content/dell/en-us/home/support/sign-in-or-new-account-issues.html
We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you resolve this quickly.
Warm regards,
Geeta

Hi All!
I have the same problem ... and I don't know how to solve it.
