I've been having the same issue for a few weeks now when trying to login on learning.dell.com. Tried Edge, Firefox, Chrome. I've also tried another workstation and internet connection.
p.s. I have a situation similar to the post above - different browsers / clear cookies / incognito mode / another computer and a "clean" browser - do not solve the problem.

after clicking on the link and entering the authorization data, a blank page opens: https://learning.dell.com/eduservice/parseSAML
