I bought an Inspiron 27 7775, trusting I could upgrade it later, only to feel cheated by Dell now.
I bought a new CPU to upgrade from the Ryzen 5 1400 just to run Windows 11. Unfortunately, I discovered that all the promises about the Inspiron 27 7775 being upgradable were just marketing hype. Dell locked the BIOS, forcing customers to buy a new system after a few years. Dell, I’m done with you. You sold me snake oil. Very disappointing!

Dell never supports CPU upgrades, nor promises them -- least of all on an all in one, which essentially a notebook computer.
If you're expecting upgradeability from any other company's all in one or notebook computer, you'll be disappointed in exactly the same way.
Even true desktop systems are almost never upgradeable to newer generation CPUs.
This system is seven years old.
