I need a ture IME drive!!!

Inspiron 660s
I want to install the IME driver for my Inspiron 660s.But the official IME driver is wrong.
The log file for the installation driver is displayed
“* Section Key not found in INF
* Section Key not found in INF”
This is completely a Dell official error, there is nothing wrong with my computer! I don't need warranty service! But I didn't even have any way to report this error to it! Because my warranty has expired, do I have to pay to report this error to Dell? I need a proper IME driver! Please correct this as soon as possible and provide a correct driver!

I would normally go with intel drivers if there are any problems with drivers supplied by vendor.
Sometimes install fails because of incompatible version used (e.g. Windows 7 instead of Windows 10, or 32 bit instead of 64) or even there's no matching language file in setup with your Windows localization.
Generally this is a very old system and there are possible compatibility and support issues with latest operating system (as well as security vulnerabilities). Most customers won't even need ME/vPro on their systems (that's why it's safer to disable it). If you've got your machine second-hand - then sometimes what you see on a box and what's inside might be a little bit different things.
Also check Windows "Device Manager" whether or not ME is even enabled (sometimes it's "off" in BIOS or via factory config, so some or most of vPro AMT/ME/MEBX/MEI functionality would be off).
Log in another post says user dragon have tried to install version 9.xxx I think highest compatible Management Engine driver version for Inspiron 660s (B75 chipset / Gen3 CPU) is 11.0.xxx (or older 9.xx), it probably can be picked directly from Intel or perhaps even from other Optiplex models with similar generation chipset
(e.g. Optiplex 9010 like one below:
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=c3vmm&oscode=wt64a&productcode=optiplex-9010
)
Intel has 7th Gen chipsets on some NUC products with these drivers:

Hello, thank you for your help. However, drivers that are not compatible with the product model cannot be installed, and "This platform is not supported" will be displayed. However, I cannot rule out that Device Manager did not start ME because I could not find this driver in it. It may be that the BIOS turned it off, can you tell you how to enable ME.

Have you checked if your operating system is compatible with drivers downloaded (including 32vs64 bit) ?
Some installations may fail because of missing Visual C++ (2005/2008/2010/2012/2013, etc) or even .NET Framework components.
Also enabling ME sometimes may not work because ME was disabled at factory or since it's old machine (released 10 years ago) - circuits on motherboard might have failed. Do you have this option configurable via BIOS (possibly incl. "legacy bios" or "option key", not sure I remember proper naming on old systems)? Can you enter ME/AMT settings via Ctrl+P key (or whatever it is on this machine) on boot? Do you really need ME for something or it's just a curiosity?
I don't have this old PC so can't really check anything on my end, so I have doubts whether I can help you any further.

Yes, it is compatible, since I downloaded this driver from the page of the official Dell website belonging to this model. And there is no compatibility error in the log file, so I think that Dell officially provided a problematic driver. Of course, after seeing your reply, I thought it was also possible that the BIOS turned off ME, but I didn't really know how to enable it.

@zzr002 - The latest Intel Management Engine update v9.0.0.1310, A02, that Dell offers supports Win 7 (32 or 64 bit), Win 8 (64 bit) and Win 10 (64 bit), and was released in Nov-2015. So why are you trying to install it now, 7 years after it was released?
What version of BIOS is installed? A13 is the latest system BIOS for Inspiron 660s.
The Owners Manual doesn't list any settings for either ME or for Legacy boot in BIOS setup on the Inspiron 660s.
Don't know if this applies to this specific driver, but in the past, Intel error messages were sometimes misleading. They could say "failed" and/or "not compatible", when they really meant that the driver being installed was the same or older than the version already installed.
You may want to go to the Intel Download Center and download/install their Driver & Support Assistant app. Run it and see if it offers you updates for ME or for any other Intel drivers....

你好。我的 BIOS 系统版本是 A07,由于某种原因我需要将其升级到最新版本。但是如果没有ME驱动程序,我将无法完成升级。但是,每个型号的ME驱动程序都不同,因此我找不到替代驱动程序。

@zzr002 You never explained why you need to install an ME driver.
Did you go to the Intel Download Center and see if it will find the driver for you?
Are you logged into an account with Administrator privileges when you try to run the installation?
