Inspiron 3650 Qualcomm QCA9565
My wireless adapter start to giving mi problems 2 weeks ago, I didn't change anything in my router all my other devices are working good.
When I troubleshoot the adapter all indicators looks good, but when I connect Internet the message is Can't connect to this network.
I know the problem is not the adapter, it could be changes in the Internet provider firewall probably not supported by the actual adapter.
Can I upgrade the adapter to pass this problem? which adapter could be the best?

Hi
IF there is a working adapter (use the commands "msinfo32"and 'getmac' to see) then a ping to various places will also help. EG:

ping 127.0.0.1 & ping 13.107.4.52
ping 192.168.0.1 & ping 192.168.1.1
netsh wlan show interfaces & ipconfig /all
IF you can post some non-personal results then maybe we can help.
If in doubt please ask.

you can try a clean Windows install which will clean up messed up wireless software driver.
If you suspect the hardware of WLAN card inside is causing issue, you can upgrade it or replace it
Dell JY0YN card may be made by Qualcomm
oem WLAN card for 3650
Made by: Chicony
Made by: Dell Wireless
