Inspiron 7700 AIO Windows 11 24h keeps restarting bios not loading

My Inspiron 7700 was installing Windows 11 update 24H2 and now it has bricked my computer. It shows the Dell screen and restarts over and over. I got into Dell diagnostics and passed the quick test. I tried to do a repair using the Windows 11 media creation tool and it couldn't do a startup repair after entering bitlocker keys. The screen shows three Windows 11 options all with the same volume number. None were repairable or restorable.

I tried uninstalling feature update: we ran into a problem

I tried uninstalling quality update: acted like it worked but computer keeps showing Dell screen and restarting as before

Is reinstalling Windows 11 my only option?

Yes, many users have reported vary of issues while updating/upgrading Windows 11 24H2.  Most issues are resolved by performing a clean Windows installation.  As you have experienced the time it takes to repair, restore and troubleshooting.  Clean install seems to be the fastest way.
