BIOS UEFI second SSD drive detection problem
Laptop Inspiron 7559
BIOS ver. 1.3.0.
The BIOS detects the SSD. You can set it to boot using Legacy settings. UEFI settings don't allow you to set a second SSD as the boot drive.
How fix this issue?

You cannot -- the system will boot only from the main drive.

If I was gonna try, then I would probably start with installing rEFInd by Rod Smith.
