The official website says that the laptop supports windows 8, but as a result , the laptop does not support anything other than Windows 7, how to solve the problem? The battery has been out of order for a long time, updating the BIOS is not an option, how to solve this problem

The problem with Windows 10 is the GPU, for which Intel never released drivers.  You may be able to get Windows 7 drivers to run in compatibility mode, but with only 4G RAM, Windows 10 will be exceedingly slow -- even more so if the system is running a hard drive rather than an SSD.

All versions of Windows earlier than 10 are now end of life, having seen no security update in as much a few years.

So:  if you really want to run this system, consider a lighter version of Linux -- it's just not suited to running any secure version of Windows.
