Boot menu on 2nd screen

Hi!

My primary screen on m y G3 has a problem (1/4th doesn't work correctly) and due to the quarantine in my country, I'll have to wait a bit before having my laptop fixed by the official tech support (as the warranty is still on).
So, now I use a secondary screen, with HDMI and it works fine.

However I would like to open the Bios, but it always opens on my primary display...
I'd like to check the USB wake up parameter in my Bios, is there a solution using the secondary screen only ?

Thanks !

FYI:
About the screen issue, as I turn it on, 1/4 of the screen on the right is white. After a few minutes, it's getting darker, I can more or less see the desktop image, and it's totally black after 10 minutes. The other 3/4 is ok. It might b the flex but due to the warranty I prefer to wait.

@Marc Lima  The only time I've seen laptops display boot info on an external display is when the laptop was powered up with the lid closed, which requires the laptop to be in a docking station and for the user to power the laptop on using a Power button on the docking station in order to avoid opening the lid.  And sometimes even in that case, certain laptops will only display boot-time video on their built-in display.  But even if you had a Dell docking station (not clear whether your system would support one since you didn't specify which G3 model you have), as far as I know, no current Dell Inspiron systems support the external Power button built into certain Dell docks, even if they otherwise operate with those docks.  I don't know why Dell hasn't implemented support for that across their entire product line, but as of this writing it seems they have chosen not to do so.

The only other way I know of for checking and configuring BIOS settings is using a Windows tool like "Dell Command | Configure", which is designed to allow enterprises to manage BIOS settings from a central location, but it comes with a tool that can be run directly on the system to configure BIOS settings.  But I don't know if that works on Inspiron systems either.

@Marc Lima

One trick you can try, I don't know if it will work or not. I read it somewhere else.

When the laptop is booting up, keep pressing F12 to get to one-time boot menu. Then Fn+F5.

See if it will work for you.
