Can't boot from Dell Latitude E6500 from USB...?

I made a USB for Windows 10 x64 with Rufus, when I try to boot it on the Dell Latitude E6500 I get a screen ERROR: BIOS/LEGACY BOOT OF UEFI-ONLY MEDIA..... ETCI tried all of the setups in the Bios menu of the Dell; They are; Disabled, ATA, AHCI, IRRT....I got the same message on all Modes.

I made it with NFTS file system and UEFI system setting on Rufus.

Has anyone encountered this problem before?

That laptop is how old? About 12 years? 14 years? Likely it does not support UEFI boot. You need to set Rufus to create the flash drive for Legacy BIOS.

Create the installer flash drive by using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool, or at least use that too to download the ISO. You can create the flash drive directly via Media Creation Tool, or if you prefer you can have Rufus do it if you set Rufus to create the flash drive for Legacy BIOS and MBR.

Flash drive needs to be about 5 GB in size. As that's an odd size, practically you will need an 8 GB flash drive. Yes, NTFS works fine.

Do i need to use a ISO file that is under 4gb and make the file system "FAT32"? Or will using partition scheme MBR, target system as BIOS and file system as NTFS work just as well?
