Can't install Dell Optimizer app
I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3530 laptop, which runs Windows 11 Pro. I'm trying to install the Dell Optimizer app on my machine, but I keep getting a message that "Dell Optimizer Core is not compatible with my device." When I try to follow the links suggested by the AI system, I find that I'm not allowed to access those pages. So, I actually have two questions:
1. How do I install Sell Optimizer?
2. Why am I not allowed to see the help pages?
Thank you for your time.

Hi
Important note first: Dell Optimizer is only officially supported on Dell Latitude, Dell Precision Workstations, and OptiPlex systems launched after March 2020 — not on Inspiron laptops like your Inspiron 15 3530. However, many users still successfully install it on Inspiron models.
As of today, June 17, 2026, the legacy application (J1H35) is past its support lifecycle:
End of Life (EoL) Date: June 23, 2025 (No new features or non-security updates).
End of Support Date: June 30, 2026 (Just 13 days from today). After this date, the legacy application will no longer be available for download, and Dell will cease all support, including security patches.
The new version is available via the Microsoft Store or the Dell Support website under the "Applications" category for your specific service tag.
So to answer your questions.
Dunno.
