Dell G15 5511 not installing Alienware Control Center

Hello everyone,

I bought the Alienware AW920 Tri-Mode Wireless Gaming Headset today, and I've been trying to install the AWCC unsuccessfully.

- I updated my laptop with the latest drivers
- I downloaded the most recent AWCC and its components but the control center doesn't show up even after the installation
- I downloaded the older version 5.5.23.0. that seems to work for someone, but it doesn't work for me. Once again, once the installation is finished, the control center doesn't show up in my apps.
In both cases the results are the same.

I used Revo to delete all the files every time i tried to install it again.

What happens is always the same:
I install the main installer with the different packages. The Core and FX are getting installed. I then see them in my apps-----> still, i don't have a launcher.
The installer requires restarting the laptop, and I do it.
After restarting, all the components disappeared and I only see the main "Alienware Control Center Package Manager".

I have windows 10
64 bit operating system, x64 processor

Is there anything i need to know to make the components not to disappear or to make the launcher to show up somehow?
Is there any version that works with my laptop?

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

Make sure all the updated drivers came from Dell and not the other manufacturers. Dell customizes laptop drivers from all makers to work on the Dell board. The latest AWCC software is here-
