Dell Product are bad with poor customer support

I had a dell inspiron 2 in 1 15 inch and called Dell tech support to replace a keyboard after some of the keys stop working. Dell authorized technician that came to replace the keyboard fried the motherboard. THey then asked me to ship the laptop back to the tech support center in the Toronto. After days of going back and forth they couldn't get the laptop booting again. they replaced with a peice of junk Dell inspiron 16 7620 2 in1. using the same warranty as the previous laptop. the warranty expired before I got the replacement laptop. I was then stuck with a laptop with problem with no more support from the vendor.  dell they are made from subpar parts and have subpar support.
