Dell Website Realtek Audio Driver is not installing

I am using the Inspiron 15 3511 Dell Laptop, which has Windows 11 and the latest BIOS update. Around 18 days ago, the Realtek Audio Driver automatically turned off. I tried to install this driver from the Dell official website, but after downloading, it is not installing even after multiple Windows resets. When I use the Realtek audio driver from the Realtek website, although it installs and the laptop speaker works, the 3.5 mm audio jack is not working. Kindly provide me solution.

To do this, right-click on the speaker icon in the lower-right corner of the screen and select Troubleshoot sound problems. Follow the instructions on the screen and let the troubleshooter scan and fix any issues it finds. Then, restart your laptop to see if the audio jack works properly.

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them.  Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.
