Error says - Fan failed to respond correctly.FAN function is failure.
I opened and cleaned the fan, before cleaning also the fan was not stuck it was moving, also there was hardly any dirt.
what should i do ?
Does dell have an international warranty ?

If the system is under warranty, run the Dell diagnostics or Support Assist (F12 at powerup for the former) and record the error and validation codes. No, there is no international warranty - by default, the warranty covers the country of purchase only. If the system has been relocated, you will need to transfer the warranty (which in turn requires onsite service be in effect; the base warranty doesn't transfer internationally).
