G15 5511, charging problem

Yesterday, I've noticed that my laptop was charging but battery percentage is decreasing overtime. Is it a charger problem or battery problem?

Make sure the system recognizes the AC adapter (F2 at powerup to check).

If it does not, there's an issue with the DC jack, plug or charge circuit.

However, this system is on the order of five years old, and if the battery is original to the system likely has deteriorated due to age and use and in need of replacement.

@ejn63 I did a check on the bios and it shows that my system does recognizes my AC adaptor (180W). Might be battery problem now, I also did check battery report through cmd prompt and just found out that my laptop was at 27,713 mWh

    DESIGN CAPACITY 54,891 mWh
    FULL CHARGE CAPACITY 27,713 mWh

Well I will suggest you check you laptop battery health and the best solution to battery issue is replace the old battery with the new one.
