I need hinges for my Dell Inspiron 5521-15R
DELL Inspiron 15R-5521
I need right and left hinges for a non-touchscreen display because I want to upgrade from a touchscreen to a non-touchscreen. I found the parts on the website, but I couldn't find hinges for a non-touchscreen. I need help.

Try parts-people.com if you're in the US. Given the advanced age of the system, if they don't have what you need, you will need to try EBay or similar.
There are several sellers with listings for the part you seek on EBay with prices at or under $10.
